unfortunately my experience with them was disappointing, I hoped a trainee could do a good job too but unfortunately she could not or didn’t know how to cut my cuticles and the gel she used left my nails fragile and soft so after 2 weeks they started to bend and break. The only good thing was the colour I chose. I should mention the technician was nice, but only for this reason, I wouldn't return.

I am a regular visitor to the Hair and Beauty room. My . the last visit I had foils and a cut. My stylist of choice is Louise she is excellent and listens to what you want. The place is so welcoming from the minute you step through the door. Nothing is to much trouble. I love it there everyone is so nice. You can have a good chat too. Lorraine the boss is so lovely. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have always been super-happy with the Hair and Beauty Room. There is a good balance between a friendly, homely atmosphere with a few added luxuries thrown in, like the coffee and massage chair. I used to hate having my hair shampooed, but have actually come to enjoy it with the massage chair and scalp massage thrown in.

I have seen a number of different stylists and they are all lovely and give me a decent hair cut. I have previously been nervous of hairdressers, because some have been too scisor-happy in the past and I ended up with something which I did not want. This has never happened here and I always leave feeling better. I am also very impressed with their service to me as a client with a disability.

The salon is lovely and not like any other salon I know. Although it is busy, it never feels too crowded or noisy. It doesn't even smell of cut hair or strong-smelling products, like many salons do!

I had another great experience at HBR. This time I had Diane doing my hair and she was amazing. She really listened to what I needed and did exactly what I asked and exactly what she said she would be doing

This is only my second visit to the hair and beauty room and both times have been good.
I have Karolina to cut my hair into a pixie cut, she is amazing and already knows exactly what I want.
Very relaxing and friendly vibe in there. Thank you Karolina x
