Went few weeks ago to have nails first time
Young girl with pony tail
No manners abrupt
Seemed I was putting her out
Had acrylics
They were done nice but kept cutting them
Today went back for infills only bcos of time and parking convenient as needed for weekend

Met with same person no personally rude abrupt
I said can you please not cut too short x3 times she just looked at me then carried on
The last tome I said she said
I know
Glared at me
Kept yanking my fingers
I have been to others in town never had this terrible experience
Sat on her phone whilst waiting for nails
Sorry I inconvenience you by giving my custom
Absolutely awful customer service
Would never returre or recommend

Very lovely nail salon, got cat eye manicure on my natural nails and the price is reasonable, bank transfer saved the day as I had no cash. Staff were very polite and friendly :)

Won't be going back, got my nails infilled, after having a new set put on which started chipping within a week of having them done! Next morning 2 broke off from doing something as simple as pressing a button and brushing my hair, got them repaired immediately at a cost of £5! Then within 1 hour of having them repaired exactly the same damage to another nail with the tip breaking clean off from holding a carrier bag! Called them and they won't admit they've done a rubbish job they just said it must be something wrong with me??!! Make it make sense, I'm not going there for repairs on each finger just sort them all out at once so I don't have to keep coming back every day of the week! And when you go there for a repair, they act like you ruined their masterpiece, I will be returning to my original nail place in Wokingham as those nails actually lasted 4 weeks MINIMUM! Coco Nails... Nice looking shop, but that is about it.

I normally don’t write reviews, however, after my experience today I felt it needed to be done. The people working were so lovely however my nails came out terrible. The lady doing my nails seemed more preoccupied on her phone than starting my nails. After every step, she would stop to go on her phone, or after applying the tips on one hand go back on her phone before completing the second hand. Of course there's no problem with being on your phone, but constantly checking it throughout the appointment is simply rude, especially as there were 2 other technicians available if she wished to pass me over to them, and more became available as time went on so it wouldn't have been a problem if she chose not to do them. She placed one of the tips on wonky, and she did redo it without any complaints which was good, but if her attention wasn't on her phone it wouldn't have been needed for me to ask to correct it. The shape work was terrible... with every nail a different length and shape, which became more evident as she drew the French tip on. And on top of that as she was filing, she filed the skin on a few of my fingers which were bleeding... and she didn't acknowledge it at all. So after all of that, I still had to go home and rectify the shape and design whilst my skin had been filed away, which defeats the purpose of paying for someone to do it. She was such a lovely lady, however I think her attention being on her phone did badly affect her ability to produce good nails. Especially as the lady doing my mothers nails done an amazing job. The salon itself was clean and a lovely atmosphere, it's just a shame that the service and the final product isn't the same with everyone.

My nails came out looking cute with the design I got, but the lady doing my nails was very stand-off-ish the whole time. It just seemed like she was bored and would rather be doing anything else with her time. Nothing against the shop as a whole, just the lady who did my nails. Also while cutting them to length, she did the length I wanted but then made them so much shorter with shaping and whilst shaping, she cut every single one of my fingers without fail. I was in pain and bleeding by the end of it and it affected my driving on the way home. Will not be going back and I do not recommend.

I came here to get my nails done. And they struggled to specify how to pay. one worker said cash, other worker said bank transfer. Other worker said both. Very confusing. I arrive and I get sat down. I show the nail tech what I want which was a long almond nail in a natural nude colour so it looks like my nail but better. Girl?! Half my nails are uneven in shape and angles and bumpy. He split the tips of my nails in half “for the shape” I’m guessing which I was expecting to just be filed down. And then gave me a bright pink glossy nail. When all my photos showed a Matte nude. And when I asked if he had a polish that could make it better for me he just cut me off and said no. Then I paid £38 for ugly,wonky,bumpy nails. Came in wanting matte nude almond shaped nails. Left with glossy pink stilettos. Absolute rip off. I’d recommend the nail place next door. And I’ve never been there

New, can’t-care-less manicurists now. Cut and bled my finger when doing the cuticles and filing, without apologising or sanitising at all.
Truly disappointed. Going to find a new place for my manicure from now on.

I went in yesterday and had SNS on my own fingernails, but last night they started to split and cracking!!
I can't go back and change them as away this weekend. Please can COCO answer me on what i can do??
The staff thought it was ok to go on there phones sat infront of the customers while waiting for the polish to soak off.
