Saw the outside and thought how nice and professional it looked… what a disappointment. Lady was so rude and rolled her eyes when I was trying to explain what colour id like, felt so uncomfortable I told her to forget it and walked out. So unprofessional, will never return

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after multiple bad experiences I feel it’s important to share this. The woman who runs the salon has been consistently rude every time I’ve visited. I’ve also witnessed her speaking to other customers in a degrading and dismissive manner. I initially overlooked this behaviour, but it’s unacceptable in such a customer facing business. Combined with the recent price increase, I won’t be returning. There are far more welcoming and friendly nail salons nearby

the nails are great but i have never been so uncomfortable in all the times i’ve had my nails done. they were rude from the second i got in and just had an appalling attitude. had they have not started my nails i would’ve happily walked out and gone elsewhere. will never return due to the rudeness. not one polite word the whole time. very disappointed as the first time i came they were absolutely lovely. the only lady that was nice was the lady in the glasses. the woman and man were miserable.

Have been going to V&T for my nails for quite a long time but was spoken to so rudely today by them.I could see they were busy so politely said I would return tomorrow and was spoken to like I was a piece of trash and told they would be too busy then as wll. I will never set foot in there again - my money is obviously not good enough for them.

I went three weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with one of the guys. I was thrilled that I had found a new place for my nails and how lovely they were.
Today I went again and when I showed them the image I wanted she told me it wasn't possible. I was told I could only have a dark colour and wouldn't be able to have anything else. I said I wanted something something fresh for the spring and she just raised her eyebrows and told me no. I couldn't understand why and she became hostile and rude making grumpy comments to her husband. I obviously couldn't understand what was being said but I honestly could have cried by how a lovely experience that my daughter had organised for me (for mother's day) had become so awful. She remained solemn and cross the entire experience and I left feeling incredibly upset. She did apologise as I left but it was too little too late.
