Their job is perfect and they do nice nails as requested. However, they never communicate with you nor confirming your pre booked appointment
I had to book 10 am appointment today and came, they guy who was the only one working there did not even me tion why I am coming and we had to wait 2.5 hours before me getting out of the place
It is really disappointing as if you have staff shortage, the best and safest way to close or limit the appointment in a day

I’m very satisfied with my acrylics. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything from start to finish was good. The staff was professional, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. I’d definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back.My nails came out exactly as the Pinterest photo!!!!

Made appointment here twice. Never once did they honour the time. Also a cash-only business which I really dislike. Although the new set was well done, they made the nails too long despite me asking for shorter. Second appointment was to take it off as I’m fed up.

I came in wanting a specific blue stripe design and even showed the picture three times, but I left with my nails just painted plain blue instead. The technician kept suggesting chrome (which was nothing like what I asked for), and I didn’t feel comfortable asking for a redo since the salon seemed rushed with lots of people waiting. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but I was disappointed that what I asked for wasn’t confirmed or double-checked before finishing. After I tried to make sure she was going to start the design in next. For the price, I expected to at least get the design I showed them.

Booked an appointment but waited 45 minutes - what's the point of having the ability to book a set time when it doesnt matter. I asked for gel because I don't like acrylic and the lady clearly didn't know how to do gel because she burnt my finger as she put on way too much, and she said its fine. She then asked someone else to take over who was marginally better but spent ages correctly the previous ladies attempt. My nails are now very sore and extremely short because of the over-filing to correct be mistakes. I was in there for 2 hours and wish I had walked out when I was waiting. If you can't do gel then they should have said. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
