We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. As we mentioned during your appointment on the 17th of July, your natural nails were significantly weakened and over-filed due to previous acrylics, which you had removed yourself. This level of damage always impacts how long any product can last – especially in the first weeks of recovery.

You mentioned that two nails came off after 10 days, and you reached out to us with this concern. We offered a paid repair, as we do in all cases where lifting or loss is due to external factors such as the condition of the natural nail, lifestyle, or aftercare – all of which are clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Since leaving your review, we have seen the photo you uploaded, and it is very clear that the nails were forcibly removed. The visible white lines and texture on the nail plate are classic signs of product being picked off or torn away – not signs of natural lifting or product failure. Unfortunately, this kind of removal not only causes damage to your own nails, but also makes it impossible to assess the actual retention.

We also discussed that your job – which involves constant typing – puts extra pressure on your nails, and we noticed you tend to pick at the skin around them, particularly the thumbs. These factors, combined with a lack of daily aftercare (such as cuticle oil), can quickly lead to issues with durability, especially when nails are already compromised.

We always aim to be honest, transparent and supportive. Our offer of a paid repair still stands, and we remain open to helping you recover the health of your natural nails – but we cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs after the treatment through mechanical interference.
