to be honest I like to do my lashes there I had good experience till today is the first time I had an issue with the lady I book to do my lashes with I'm not recommending her at all she's really rude... I went today to do it she want to be fast so she doesn't give time to decide or any recommendations... she even talk to you.. even when she's doing it I had a moment my eyes they was aching so o said to her and then she answered me do not move to much your eyes (when they been close all the process) anyway I told her sorry she don't answer me and straight away I said to her thank you the same aswell she doesn't answer me again... when I finished she told me we done just stand after that I ask her if a can see myself with the mirror, she pass me and very quick is ok or trying to take the mirror so I can go...

I've had a lovely afternoon, the girls are so lovely, helpful and really professional. I felt really looked after and pampered. Would really recommend them. Their prices are good and worth it, I'm really happy with my nails, eyelashes and eyebrows. Fantastic service.

Found The Powder Room on Facebook as I'd previously walked past it a couple of days before. My nails were looking grim. Messaged in on Friday Morning & had an appointment made for the next day. The ladies were very welcoming and very professional. The Powder Room is very clean & warming on entering. The therapist that completed my gel polish was very knowledgeable and looked after me as I told her the troubles I had with keeping gel polish on. It's only been 3 days, but the polish is still on and looking very much fresh. I'll update the salon in a week or so time to let them know how it's doing....but so far, so good. Thanks again ladies. When I'm in Blackpool again, I'll be sure to make an appointment.

Had my hair done here and I'm amazed at the results. Was recommended by my daughter who has her hair and nails done here. Finally I've found a perfect hair dresser. Highly recommended. Very pleasant staff. Worth every penny.
