Went here for the first time and had acrylics with a nail design, it was absolutely horrendous, not sure they are even qualified nail technicians as the standard of work was shocking!
I left in tears

I got my nails done here for the first time in Bath and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and timing of the work (acrylic extensions) done given the prices. I asked for a rather complex design which wasn't executed the best but the lady there tried her best and I was happy at the end of it. Would definitely come again for another manicure

I usually come and get my brows done by a women and i really like the outcome however I came earlier today and I am not pleased with the outcome! The man asked what I would like and I said a wax and the next thing I look in the mirror and one of my brows is bigger than the other. As he was doing it he didn’t seem as though he knew what he was doing but it was too late because he’s already put the wax on. When I got home I had to peel some of the wax off my face and then realsized the front of my brow is gone !! Do not recommend unless you want your brows to look terrible!!!!😬😬
