The worst “gel on toes” experience I have ever had! They look terrible, the lady was very rough and even made my cuticles bleed! They’re bumpy and genuinely hideous and awful. I wish I had asked for them to be removed there and then and gone elsewhere. What a waste of money!! Do not use this nail bar. Also had to pay via bank transfer as they don’t accept card. I had to bank transfer into a personal bank account not business.. very dodgy!!!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The gels on my toes are great and the foot scrub and massage were lovely too. I had normal polish on my nails especially for a party 2 days later and was happy with them however, they’d already peeled by the next day and by the time the night of the party came, both hands looked like the photo. I tried to email using the address on the website but it bounced straight back and the phone number has been going straight to voicemail. I had wanted to be able to raise my concerns without leaving a bad review but this was the only way unfortunately, as I can’t easily get into Bath.

I came here for a soak off for my acrylics and was completely ignored when I told the lady doing my nails she was drilling too fast. She proceeded to soak my nails in acetone to take them off which made the pain and sting so much worse, this was done repeatedly with multiple ignores regarding my concerns. There was another client in the chair getting her feet done who expressed to another employee that I was hurting and she was too ignored and met with a “🤷🏻‍♀️”. I had another bad experience with this salon around a year prior but decided to give them another try as everywhere else was closed on bank holiday Monday and I was desperate….won’t happen again. Don’t offer a service or services that you’re not educated in doing properly along with poor/ non existent communication.

I had such a great experience at this salon! The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. The guy that did my nails took his time to make sure everything was perfect and his attention to detail was also amazing.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕
