Louise takes such thorough care of the work/clients. I’ve had issues with my nails in the past (before Louise), and she made sure she knew in depth what had happened and checked in with me after treatments to make sure my nails/me were ok. I’m a regular customer now and always happy with the service, whether it’s basic gel polish, trying a new builder or any level of nail art, she always goes above and beyond.
