I went here showing them a picture of what I wanted and said i wanted it as the picture. The designs on my inspo were 3d and i even corrected her halfway but she acted as if she fixed it but didn’t. Unfortunately i was already late for a meeting and didn’t have time to complain and they were so far off from the picture when i got to look at them nicely at home. You should give people what they ask for not just do anything for the convenience of your time.Everything was polish drawn while I clearly asked for 3d.

The worst nail shop in town do not recommend, first and last time I will ever use them I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails done and on the poster outside it states for a full set of acrylic nails with white tips it’s £28. So I went in and asked the price for a full set and was told sit and wait. Got taken about 20 minutes later with a lady who only filled my nails and then said 2 minutes I’ll be back, she then continued to sit and do another ladies nails, I waited for another 20 minutes. Then a gentleman came over and put the Acrylic tips on my nails cut them and then said my colleague will finish. A futher 20 mins I got yet another nail tech who put the powder on my nails and then painted a finishing coat on them got up to answer her phone and then sat back down rushed the end of my first hand and said I got to go on school run someone will finish. 10 mins later I got yet another nail tech who did not do what I asked for, the tip of my nails are chunky and awful not what I asked for but at this point I’m so over this awful customer service and sorry excuse for a nail shop! I then went to pay and the guy who was checking me out said £27 so I paid and went to leave and he said no no £37 and then I said excuse me it says £28 up there and he said no u got French tip it’s £37! Very rude and unprofessional will 100% not be back here ever, absolutely shocking customer service and awful prices for nails I did not ask for! Waste of my money and time but they don’t seem to care!

I’ve been coming to this salon for infills for ages, but after dealing with the rude customer service one too many times, I finally decided to try a new nail tech. Turns out, that was the best decision I could’ve made — because she found a fungal infection under my acrylics. I’m honestly so frustrated. I trusted this place with my nails, and now I’m dealing with something that could’ve easily been avoided if proper hygiene and care had been followed. It’s really disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.

Pretty good job. I came in originally wanting builder gel and gel extensions which they said they couldn't do, and suggested acrylic extensions instead. I think they turned out really well, although I really wish they had pushed back my cuticles and trimmed my nail beds. That's going to drive me crazy. My only other complaint is that I had to wait a really long time before getting seen to. I think I was about 45 minutes before I even sat in a chair and probably about another 15 mins after that before they started. If I had known it had been so long I don't think I would have waited. I had my nails done by 3 different people which was a bit odd. I think maybe certain people can only do certain parts of the nail job which is why there was a lot of switching. Overall I probably would go back if I didn't have to wait as long. £32 was pretty good value too 👍

Absolutely fuming with this place! Do not recommend. £34 down the drain… Asked for long, almond ombre nails (as shown in 2nd picture) and got short, stumpy and slanted stiletto ombre nails. I normally do my own nails and thought I would treat myself on this occasion - wish I hadn’t! Don’t know why I paid for this.
