I have experienced many services at this nail salon, I am very satisfied and the staff are very attentive and professional. When I first arrived, they offered me tea, coffee or water. The staff were very cheerful and open. During the process, we had a great chat. They designed a great set of nails for me. Their pedicure service is very comfortable, relaxing and clean, in addition, they also do eyebrow waxing and dyeing, eyelash extensions they also do very professionally. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Been here a couple of times to get pedicure gel nails and been very happy.
I booked in to get biab gel nails done and it's the worst nails I've ever had.
I admit I was 10 mins late for my appointment because the roads beside me were icy, I looked on the booking page and there was availability every 15 minutes so I did phone to say I was running late.
I would quite happily do my own nails but I'm not good at my cuticles . She didn't touch my cuticles, I had one start and another one took over.
They are thick uneven and bits missed. They were very busy they had a lot of walk ins and obviously rushing to get everyone fitted in. You can't rush these things and do half a jod as you'll just end up losing clients.
I won't be back £30 down the drain
Away home to remove them.

Initially I was amazed by the service when they first opened. The pedicure was thorough, my feet felt so nice, the nails looked lovely. On top of it, I got a hot drink and was offered to turn on the massage chair. I went for a pedicure a few more times and the service’s gotten worse and worse over time. It is not as thorough, my nails look uneven after I leave, there are so many missed spots on my feet that remain dry, and if I choose not to put nail polish on, my nails are left as they are, at maximum they cut them a bit shorter when I ask, but won’t even file. Feel like I’ve given Montrose Nails Spa enough chances. I won’t be back.
