I had my acrylic application removed.
My nails were just stuck straight in bowl of remover. No cotton wool/ wrap. Felt like nails burnt. After I left my nail ends were bending upwards, I had to shorten them all at home. The customer service could be friendlier, just don’t seem to care too busy on mobile.
Won’t be back

Thank you for your feedback. Our acrylics removals are carried out using a professional soak-off method in a bowl of remover, which is standard practice in UK nail salons. We're sorry this didn't feel comfortable for you. As a note we recommend that if any future clients reading this review prefer an alternative removal method, we are always happy to discuss before starting the treatment.

This is a walk-in place and theres often good availability. The staff is nice and efficient and the results are lovely and speak for themselves. If I have not given the place 5 starts, this is because I did not see the staff disinfecting the tools. Having contracted a nail infection before in a nail bar this is something i really value. Cash only place.

Thank you for your feedback and we will look into this issue. Our tools should be put into our UV steriliser Cabinet which is located outside the salon area. Maybe, we sterilised but you did not see, but anyway, we will make sure the process is followed in future. Thanks again for the feedback
