Waste of time. Booked an appointment for my birthday in November was running late and the salon had already given my appointment to someone else. Today I called in to book an appointment was told there was one available at 1pm the line disconnected so I walked in to confirm in person as I was in the area. When I arrive the reception is unmanned and greeted by the nail tech who looks over her booking to say that the appointment has suddenly gone to someone else. No effort to try and reschedule me in for another date. Was a longstanding customer afraid I won’t be returning they do not value loyal customers here. Do not bother

Recently went for a 90 minute full body massage. First visit here and will be the last visit.

After waiting a few minutes for my appointment to become due, I was greeted by the massage lady, whose initial comment was to welcome me by my name and then immediately asked "Would you like to pay now?". I thought, that's somewhat unusual and impolite asking someone to pay before they've even entered the massage room or had their massage. It was an off-putting start. That said, I paid in advance, as they had already reserved an appointment for me, although with hindsight I should've cancelled the appointment and walked away, because of the cheek of asking upfront for money.

The the stairs down to the massage room and the room itself had a lingering smell of musty body odour, which took a moment to get used to, evident of stale air and poor ventilation.

As for the massage, the massage itself was ok, nothing special, had better elsewhere previously. The lady was chatty and polite enough, despite the initial asking for money upfront.

At the end of the appointment, as I tend to do, I handed over an extra £5 as a thank you and tip, which was politely received.

Reflecting afterwards, I should've walked away when asked to pay at the start, certainly not stayed and then given a tip at the end.

In summary, poor customer service, stale atmosphere but ok massage.

AVOID pls. Very terrible place!

I was here today at 2pm with my daughter as a father's day treat. The lady was so rude , stating I had no booking without checking. The massage was very sore, done angrily.
My daughter and I was shocked at this awkward attitude.

I highly recommend the nail services offered at Bangkok Palace (BIAB, extensions, gel and acrylic, regular manicures).

Eve is very professional and great at what she does! She’s incredibly attentive and accommodating and always does my nails are exactly how I’d like.

The salon itself is very cosy and homely, and the prices are very reasonable
