Google Brilliant service as always. I arrived late, but I was accommodated with such ease and grace. Thanks to the whole team for this.
Special mention to Saniya for making my nails look so pretty. Got french tips for the first time ! I just had to book another appointment with Saniya for nails and toes next month, getting ready for the summer months.
Highly recommend this brows, lash and nail bar in the Square . Saniya knew a lot about nail care and treatments. She was able to help many customers with their nail enquiries 💗💗💗💗💗

Google I’m disappointed to be writing this review as staff are genuinely lovely here but my natural nails are ruined.
The first time I got my nails done they were fine however on my second set of nails I’ve had nothing but issues. In less than two week they had start to chip, I will give them the benefit of the doubt the first time they was very prompt to resolve the issue, were apologetic and fixed the nails for me but then only a day or two later more started to chip and one of the nails had broke my natural nail underneath. They were a little less responsive this time and said my nail broke because my nail was too thin. They offered to either re-do my nails with 50% off or to remove my nails and will give me a £5 off discount for my next service (I’ve still not received this voucher and it cost me more in buses travelling down for them to fix my nail).
I chose for my gel to be removed as I’m not paying again when I’ve not long had them done, again the lady who did them was apologetic but as you can see by the photos my nails are a mess. They have been off since Wednesday and they are so sensitive and painful and my nails have lines where the drills have been, I don’t think I’m going to have my nails done for a while now while I heal my nails. I wanted to get my nails to help my confidence and now I’ve got nothing but issues. Lovely staff but I will not be returning.

As a honest family run business we welcome honest customer feedback and we make genuine efforts to resolve any client issues as we truly care about and highly value every single of our clients. The chipping on one of your nails was reported 10 days after your appointment and on checking was extremely tiny. We promptly offered an appointment and fixed it. You reported a further nail chip couple of days later which we again offered to fix. But you wanted to remove and give them a break. So we offered you a free removal and voucher for future use as we highly valued your custom and wanted to retain you as our client. A voucher was sent out to you from our system on 13th May. If you haven't received it, we will be happy to email it again. It also must be noted that with Gel Polish nails do become weak and brittle, however its unlikely that it one application and removal would have caused it.
We would still love to be at your service. If there is anything else we can assist you with please do let us know.
