Although they are expensive, they are worth every penny you spend. They don’t treat you like a money sign they want to rob but a customer they want to delight and provide the best experience while getting your hair pampered and healthy. The overall salon experience is incomparable and the staff are genuinely one of the best. Clearly the owners are masters at balancing between excellent customer service and keeping their own staff extremely happy and nurtured.

Thanks James Dun, please never change.

From arriving the welcome was as warm as always. Not been for some time as I moved out of town, and I’ve had caring responsibilities on top of work so it was hard to fit me in! Changed bit now so I’m worth the treat! Sam was very careful listening to my idea for the cut and she achieved exactly what I asked for, perfect cut and nice chat too! From photo to reality

I attended your salon on February 20 for an appointment with Taylor to have a cut and colour.

I was happy with the result on leaving, I had requested my hair not be too dark and felt she did this well. I have curly hair and thought for a change to have it dried straighter which she did.

I did not notice until I washed my hair the right side was much longer than the left. It appeared she had missed a section at the back. When I noticed I cut the bit off myself and called the salon to enquire if she could check my hair.

I understood it would be Taylor checking my hair since she cut it originally, she was in the salon. However, I believe it was a more Junior member of staff assisting me, I cannot remember her name. I felt for her as she appeared slightly nervous and did not appear to know what was required. She advised my hair was longer at one side because of the way it was blow dried. She would need to wash and straighten my hair to enable her to cut it evenly. It did feel like she was perhaps practicing fixing someone's mistake! Nevertheless, I did not have time to do this and at that point I asked to talk with the manager (Nikki) also advised this would be necessary "to try and correct a mistake". She was quite insistent regarding this and I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave; I declined her offer and requested a refund. My cut and colour was £170 and the manager at the front desk (Jane) kindly did provide me with a refund for £70. I advised at the time the colour also had appeared to fade and she advised it may be the shampoo I had used.

I imagined all that was required was for Taylor to check the length of my hair and tidy it up as required.

Following this I went to another salon who checked my hair and tidied it up.

I wanted to make you aware of my slightly bizarre experience.
