I had a lovely first visit to this salon today, my hair stylist was Charlotte.
I felt very relaxed, made to feel very welcome ,beautiful salon and so clean.
Charlotte was advertising for a hair model as she finishes her training in summer .
I can honestly say she got my hairstyle perfect . She coloured it with high lights, chose the right colour toner for me , cut and blow dried my hair .She shaped my hair around my face just as I wanted and curled my hair whilst drying .
I was amazed how well she did. I only tip people who do extremely well but was happy to give her a 10 percent tip.
highly recommend the place too, can't wait for my next visit.

I'd never had highlights done with foils until my appointment with Laura yesterday so wasn't sure what to expect, but she discussed the options in full with me and then carried out the highlighting with great care. I'm delighted with the result she achieved - my old reddish shade has been replaced by a subtle ash blond. I've had my hair cut by Laura previously so already knew she would style it well, but I now have great confidence in her as a colourist too.

Just had my nails done by Holly, and as ever I'm really happy. I go every 3 weeks to get biab on my fingers and 6 weeks for gel toes.

Holly is wonderful. She adapts to work with my mobility restrictions and is always happy and welcoming.

The whole team are a joy to be around and offer a fantastic service.

massive appreciation to my nail lady Rosa, who is so lovely, my nail lady and therapist in one, always does a fantastic job of my nails and does what I ask for, always makes me feel comfortable 😊💅 also appreciation to Chloe who does a fantastic job of my hair, and Holly who does my brows 😊 I always feel better when I leave the salon, lovely set of staff to chat to and have a laugh with 🥰

I’ve been coming to Shabby for years, Katie always makes a perfect job of my hair.
The salon is lovely always really friendly all the girls make you feel at ease and welcome. My daughter especially loves getting her hair and nails done as a treat !

I have been coming here for a very long time, all staff are amazing and helpful and very understanding. This salon makes me feel very welcome and happy to say I have a disability. They make things as easy as possible.. none of the staff make me feel awkward. On the fact, they said things I can't. Do they all take their time to make me feel welcome..

Katie has been my hairdresser for the past 20 years I’ve followed her from her previous salon in the city centre to Shabby and can honestly say I have never had a better stylist. I’ve also had treatments and fabulous nails done at Shabby and every single time I have been in it’s like having a social all the staff are so friendly and I feel so at ease in their company.
