I should have walked out as soon as I stepped foot in the place! I booked my BIAB wedding nails and pedicure in with Becky (the owner) 3 months in advance, I turned up to my appointment and No Becky! Apparently it was her day off but she didn’t think to notify her paying customer. I was travelling to my wedding venue the next day! Her colleague took over but unfortunately she could not deliver my expectations, she clearly was unqualified to deliver what Becky should have. She took 3 hours to complete a very bad set of nails, no nail prep was done and she didn’t even get around to doing my toes! I felt bad for her because she had been dumped in this situation by Becky! After being unhappy with my nails and being verbally abused by another one of Glow ups customers I walked out! Becky you should be ashamed of yourself by putting your colleague in that situation, making her feel awful and making her pay you to use your products. Disgusting! Thanks to you I had to have the nails soaked off and I had a lot of stress to deal with the day before my wedding! Very bad experience and no customer care given by Becky! Do not go here, especially if it’s for a special occasion!!

I can’t thank Mollie enough I LOVE my lips. Having previously had filler done else where I was unhappy with the results and nervous about getting them done again but Mollie talked me threw the process and made me feel so comfortable and the end results were amazing. I can’t wait to book in again!!x

FANTASTIC! The Glow Up is a beautiful, friendly and truly feel good place to visit for your beauty needs. I regularly visit the outstandingly talented Bex for my nail art necessities - nothing is impossible for her, no matter how crazy my ideas are. She never fails to create the most amazing designs! I’ve also visited the wonderful Mollie who runs Earth Aesthetics out of The Glow Up. I had the best experience getting lip fillers with Mollie. She made me feel calm and relaxed whilst she worked her talents on me. I am still extremely happy with the results. I cannot wait to visit mollie again to try out her other wonderful treatments. I always leave The Glow Up feeling so happy the ladies who work there are truly amazing and make everyone feel welcome.

Mollie you are the Bat Man of B12 injections The B12 shots are really helping me. I feel like you cured my insomnia and for that I don’t know how to say thank-you. You’ve given me my sanity back. I’ve been referring everyone I know to your company. I feel like a lot of people could benefit from your product. People tend to get scared at the needle aspect but I tell them it’s nothing, I barely felt it at all as my fear of needles you put me at great ease ! Thank you for everything ❤️ Thank you 🙏 Also not to mention the dermaplain facial my skin benefited so much from this can’t wait to see you again xxx

I have had two rounds of treatments now with Mollie from Earth Aesthetics at The Glow Up. I have had Dermaplaning & Microneedling and the second time I had Dermaplaning & a Skin Peel. I couldn’t recommend Mollie enough. She is so knowledgeable and reassuring. When I had the microneedling done she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. All treatments have left my skin so smooth and glowy which is what my goal was!

The salon itself is gorgeous, really lovely atmosphere. Clean and sanitary. What more could you ask for?

Best in the game for sure and I will shout it louder for the people at the back! There’s nothing Bex can’t do to my nails and I always get the best treatment from a manicure to feeling like being on holiday for a few hours.. 😍💅🏻 (with or without the sunbed!)
All the girls there are always welcoming & on top form 🙌🏽
Highly recommend for all treatments - keep chasing your dreams 🤍🤍🤍
