Earlier this week I had a BIAB nail treatment done by Lucy. After leaving the salon I noticed my nails were a mess. I had BIAB and gel cured to my skin, nail extensions pointing upwards and a pretty awful polish application. I messaged Lucy and made her aware I was unhappy with them, she offered to remove the cured BIAB and gel that was on my skin, however I politely declined and asked for a refund as I didn’t want any further damage to be done. Then later on offered me a discount on a further treatment with her?!! I spoke to two other nail technicians who told me the BIAB nail extensions needed to be removed due to the cured gel on my skin and the placement of them. After making Lucy aware of this she refused to give me a refund yet she’d given me a poor treatment that could lead to allergies, reactions or even nail loss. She mentioned that BIAB extensions wouldn't sit on my nails correctly due to the shape and length of them however before or during the treatment she didn’t mention anything about this, then tried to compare her nail treatment that she did on herself later that evening. As a professional who says she has many years experience industry, you expect better. A day later I attended a different salon who made me aware whilst removing this awful set of nails that the extensions hadn’t been adhered to my nails correctly either which could then have lead to water and bacteria going between the extension and my nail which then also causes issues.
Since I’ve been blocked and still have no refund. Appalling customer service and I’d highly recommend people stay clear of any sort of nail treatments from this salon.

Lucy was fantastic, both my wife & I both had a great time, the treatments were just what we needed.Great location with ample parking. We will be booking again & definitely look forward to it
