Google Wonderfully friendly and relaxing environment, as well as easy to contact via messenger and phone. The owner, Charlie helped me quickly and easily rectify a horrible experience with my nails, after visiting another Droitwich Nail salon. She was very kind and understanding, and I was SO impressed that I've booked a massage with them for after Xmas! I can't wait, and I will also be booking my next gel manicure with them - thank you Charlie!!
