I have given a 1 star as I am not allowed to leave a 0
I entered this nail salon as it looked quite given the other salon across the road was busy .
I was greeted by the man who was on his own at the top of the salon doing a pedicure.
I am about to have surgery so not feeling wonderful was looking forward to having a relaxing time . Only for the little boy to fly up to me and slap me extremely hard across my face . From knowhere the shock nearly made me cry . I held it together as the man apologised saying he has autism.
That’s fine however if he has tendencies as his mother said he does . He should not be on the shop floor . He then came down a second time to try again this time I was aware and was able to stop him .
I feel this looking at reviews has not been the first time .
excusing his behavior for having autism is not acceptable.
There was no notice or supervision for this to not happen to customers.
I will be reporting this to relevant authorities
Please owners keep him off the shop floor. This is not acceptable.
As for the nails they arnt the best I’ve had but by that time I was just wanting to leave the shop .
I didn’t either expect to pay full price for my nails for the trauma , let’s hope in 10 years time he has grown out of this behavior
Please be aware when going in that he could come at you your child or even baby .
I’d say avoid unless the boy is at school .

I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time I went, the atmosphere and staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was high quality. Yesterday, I went to get my nails done and a pedicure. It was incredible! I loved it so much and came out feeling really good. The staff again, are so friendly and professional there and I always feel welcomed and looked after. I highly recommend this Nail Salon! I will be coming back again to get my toes done too as we are heading towards summer!! Thank you so much!

I went to this salon and was hit, kicked and punched by their son, no one tried to stop him. As well as this he kicked my friends chair so violently she fell out her seat. Very poor customer service. I would have been fine with an apology or my next appointment discounted because of the disruption but absolutely nothing.

I went to Trowbridge Nails with my friend to get acrylic extensions. They began doing our nails, where we were both cut by the nail drills at our cuticle. The lady doing my friends nails was on the phone the entire time. When cutting the tips we asked the ladies to go shorter, however they didnt so they ended up longer than we wouldve liked.

at the end of the appointment our nails looked like the photos we showed and the designs were painted on nicely, and accurately.

we payed £40 and were happy with the nail design

however the day after getting our nails done they began peeling off at the cuticle and looked very grown out despite it only being the second day. After 4 days of having the nails they all popped off and we now have no nails as they all fell off. we both feel that we wasted £40 on nails that barely even lasted 4 days.

Lovely place. It’s efficient and they play music and they keep the door open so it’s well ventilated. I showed the owner what I wanted and she did a great job. Very friendly. Highly recommend! Also can do banks transfers so the are easy payment methods!

Honestly best place to get your nails done! The staff were super nice, the nails came out amazing, and they were super gentle compared to the other salon I visited before. On top of that, they decided to do our nails despite the closing time being in 20 minutes. Will come back again and I truly recommend this place to others 💕💕💕

Had my eyebrows dyed and waxed and asked for light colour as I’m blonde and they done them black I’m so pale and angry what has happened and charged me £14 so expensive

Guy who works there is very rough, and very rude, broke my natural nail then proceeded to cut other nails down to same size, was mortified, would not recommend to anyone!
