Google The first two times Ive been here, it has always been a great experience. But the gentleman that did my nails today simply was not professional enough and had an attitude when I expressed concerns about him using his own nail to dig into my cuticles. He was also quite rough with handling my nails — giving me burns on my nail bed and the skin rims around my nails.
Hopefully, this wont happen again as I do like the two previous artists (that actually wanted to work WITH me on getting what I would like), rather than giving me attitude and forcing me to oblige to a poor job he did.
Google I’ve been a regular customer at this salon since I moved to the area earlier this year. The service is always great, they are punctual and professional, and most importantly I’ve always received compliments on how neat my nails always look. It’s clear that they use high-quality products as the gel polish stay in place for at least 3 weeks. I highly recommend this salon

Google I did not like my nais. I got an acrylic set, and they looked way too thick, not nice at all. My pedicure got smudged by the time I got home.
And it’s expensive. Even though I live very close, I will not be returning.

I wonder where you had your nails done. We have not had anyone getting a full set of acrylic and a polish pedicure with us in the past week.

Moreover, you also left a 1 star review at the same time to another nail salon which is next to ours salon as well.
If you had your nails done from us, we are happy to repair any problems .
Finally, in my opinion, your review is not genuine, you could not have 2 sets of acrylic on the same day.

Google Lovely salon! Staff is very skilled. I got gel nail extensions with a star design and they came out perfectly. Super chill place, not crowded and doesn't smell really badly of nail polish.
