Was supposed to be having my toe nails painted. Woman filed down the skin at the end of three of my toes making them bleed.and seemed oblivious to the bleeding and would have carried on had I not stopped her. Offered a feeble apology and to do for free which I obviously declined. Really don’t think they know what they’re doing hope I don’t get an infection had to leave with nails not done and toes bleeding .

It's really all depending on who you get I got a woman who rushed my nails completely and did horrible art then I went back and got a man who took time and effort with my nails

This is my first time visiting this place and I asked for a manicure with clear polish. So I don't get the full experience of the fancy stuff. I did a walk-in rather than an appointment and I met a staff who was casual, I went at like 5 pm so it's not that busy, told me to take a seat, and this other lady came over to my station and she was middle age, quiet lady. I don't mind not having a conversation as I am awkward and quiet myself. She did my nails lovely let me be honest. But it was hard to understand what the lady was saying, as she had a strong accent and a mask, I don't blame her but she asked me to wash my hands and I who never had my nails done was confused. She told me to go to the back and I was confused why she wanted me sent to the back. They expect me to know the place rather than guide me.

I was here for the first time and the last time. His work is priceless, the top coat didn't dry because he was in a hurry, he didn't file the nails neatly, the color is sticking out. And the edge of the nail is sticky! And £36 🤮 This is what I asked for and this is what I got 🤮😂

I'm so glad I found this place! I really needed my brows waxed but was hesitant to come. But the lady here did an incredible job! And I'll definitely return:). While I was there, I also had my pedicure done, which was fantastic.

Took my daughter and waited outside on the carpark across the road. They were really quick and her nails were perfect, very professional and beautiful.

Really sad to say that this nail salon has gone down hill, the last 4 times I’ve had my nails done here they have all lifted within a few days which makes a French set look messy and cheap. In there for 2 hours but the work that was actually done on my nails took about 20 minutes, staff kept standing up and walking off to do another client mid application. The acrylic took just short of 4 minutes to apply, really rushed which explains the lifting. On my last visit they didn’t ask the shape before filing and filed 2 of my nails into a coffin shape when I wanted square which looks ridiculous because my nails are short so they look odd. Gutted because it’s local and reasonably priced but unfortunately the quality over the last few months has been poor.
