Google i don’t think that the reviews are fair, the place was clean tidy and ran smoothly. Every step the lady did she checked was okay, she did an amazing job and the nails look great. Good experience

Google This place is a very standard issue nail salon. Don't expect much in the way of customer service but if you need your nails doing then you can probably get them done here.
The colour swatches need updating as I got a colour that was completely different to what I was expecting but the design came out nicely and they lasted a long time as well. A bit rough with the file but a lot of places are.
Be prepared to pay in cash and in advance of your treatment as they've clearly had some issues with non-paying customers in the past!
I'd probably go back. I paid £34 for acrylic overlays (no extension) with 2 nails with art so I don't think that's too bad.
Google Went three times as my normal nail technician was ill & managed to ruin my nail bed. Took a layer of nail off with the drill & left a dip in my nails full of circular marks. Needless to say I won’t go again & has taken over 3 months of nail conditioners to get them anything like normal.
Google Always happy with the service here. Had me in and out in an hour for a soak off and new set and they look FABULOUS!!!
Google I've been here several times and usually it's really good for the price. I'm not going back again now though, bad experience from the last 2 appointments - one where I waited 45 mins and then ended up having to choose several different colours as I was told they were all no good (clearly a stock quality check needed to be done) and a range of colours waived in my face that were nothing like what I wanted and she looked annoyed. When doing the nails the woman cut my fingers when filing and didn't even apologise despite that I was obviously in pain, and when taking them off again, one nail was painful and I flinched from over use of the hot filing tool and there was no apology again, she just looked at me like I was stupid. She filed my nails so unprofessionally it was laughable. The staff are quite rude and just sit talking to each other, they are very dismissive. A shame as I had a few appointments which were ok and they were polite but too many poor experiences now, I'd rather pay a bit more. I don't think they really care about customer service because they get so many walk ins and are cheap. Cash only...
Google I had my nails done the week before Christmas.
The young man buffed so hard it hurt . He seemed in a rush as it was busy.. He took too much off my nails not just the old gel. It has taken me months to get my nails strong enough not to need extensions. Since then they have been flaking. The Polish has been coming off. I have had to file my nails several times, right down. They look a sight!
As shame as the time before when I went there I was satisfied.
When I went back they denied any responsibility and did nothing to rectify their mistake.
I certainly wouldn’t go there again or recommend anyone else to!
Google I have been a client for months and now my daughter goes there too and we think they are brilliant. The best in the area. My acrylics can sometimes last for up to 5 weeks! I would advise to go and have your own opinion as some reviews here are something we have never experienced 😊 I would def recommend 😊
Google Brilliant however, be prepared to wait at least 1hour to be seen with or without an appointment. Booked one for myself and still had to wait 45 mins for them to finish their last client.
Sat mornings- arrive well before opening at 9am!
