Disappointed as when I came out and checked my nails they were not fully covered in areas, I'm sure it was just a blip, but I wasted my money this time.

Been coming to Helen's Nails for years. I always have good experience and the nails are done perfectly at a great price. I always get acrylics which are done within an hour if not less. Couldn't recommend more!

I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails which was basic thin French he agreed I choose a powder colour for the base which is an extra £5 but I wanted it so was happy to pay it as this colour is best for French, only only did I ask for square and they did squared oval which I let slide, but when it got to the drawing of the French he couldn’t do it how I asked it to be done he kept doing it very thick I gave him a few try’s to do it but just wasn’t how I liked it , so I asked just to leave the base colour which wasn’t ideal but I wasn’t walking out with French tips which looked like a 12 year old had done, the staff then started talking in a different language which I couldn’t understand in a rash tone of voice obviously about me. when it came to paying basic acrylic nails cost £32 with gel colour which I expected to pay, but she then charged me and extra £3 which I know is only £3 but it’s not the point, because I had powder colour I only choose that as I wanted French tip I would have choose a normal gel colour other wise, and she spoke to me like I was trying rob her which I wasn’t no customer service at all, worst part is I have gone this place loads of times before and not had a problem they have always been kinda rude but however this time was unacceptable left me and friend feeling very uncomfortable and I left £35 down with plain natural coloured nails which I didn’t want ! All about money nothing about customer service!

Dirt stuck inside the acrylic French tips were way to far back in the nail bed so many bubbles inside it too. Painful and aggressive and bad communication.

Wow! I suffer from extremely dry and cracked heels but after a pedicure yesterday, my feet haven't looked or felt this good in years! Will definitely be having another one there before my next holiday.
