I went with my friend to get my nails done with her for my birthday and they cut my fingers a few times. Although my nails came out good the service wasn’t the greatest and the man who did my nails was quite rude and wasn’t bothered that he cut me.

Been going here for a year now and like people have previously said I am used to them talking among themselves and no interaction but the lack of communication is horrific. The women who works their is amazing. I asked for biab take off and Redone and keep the length as it has taken months for my nails to grow this long and whilst I was getting the picture up for the guy he cut all my nails down on one hand when I had previously said not to! His excuse was he thought I had acrylic on. (Which he would’ve known I didn’t the minute he cut one down and the fact I told him it’s all natural nail) I was so angry and all he cared about was rushing my nails. I asked for rounded shape and clearly these aren’t this shape as I’ve been getting rounded since I started getting my nails done. He is rude,aggressive with the way he grabs people and gestures and has no manners what so ever. I will not be returning here at all! (The yellow nails are what I had done today which I’m unhappy about. Previous photo is for compassion of length and shape)

The guy that did my acrylics was so rough my nails bled, hated every second of the experience.

The staff are extremely rude and not accommodating at all. Don’t even want to listen to what we want. Rolling eyes when I asked them to change something. They could not care less. They just mumble at you, no smiles and very sharp and rude replies mediocre nails at most. Most fall off after a week anyway. No atmosphere in the shop. All they care about is churning out as many people as possible and profit. I have not had 1 good experience with these guys. Will not be returning. Customer service is non existent.

Completely devastated by the customer service I received here last night. I have been visiting this nail salon for 3 years and always been super happy but the service I received the last two times and especially last night I will now not be returning. I always attend for the same treatment, gelish on my toes with removal from the last time I visited. I have always paid £15 and as you can see on the photo I have attached that's what the sign says: Polish change (Gel)- £15. Last month when I went the lady said it was £18 I questioned this and she said the prices have gone up- fair enough I thought. Then last night I went for exactly the same treatment and the guy said it was £23!!! I had been collecting the stamps so with my £5 off he asked me to pay £18. There is no clear signage that the prices have changed and the sign currently in the shop as seen by my photo taken last night still says £15. Absolutely disgusting and a real shame as I have been attending for many years :(

I just wanted the manicure with normal clear varnish. He sanded my nails which will weeken them and I’ve no idea what the benefit was. I had no varnish on at all. The actual shaping of all ten nails ( filing) literally took ninety seconds. No cuticulal oil and I had to file the sharp ‘catchy’ edges again myself. Totally amateur. Very disappointed. Beauty treatments are supposed to be a treat, I did not feel that they could care less if I returned or not. A lady came in after me and the language barrier was most uncomfortable to listen to. She asked a few questions and didn’t get a smile or an answer and she ended up saying ‘ just do what you think’
