Google Wonderful lady but I did think she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I wanted an arch and a more lifted eyebrow. She didn’t give me that more of a straight one that took my natural arch from the top which I have never even touched before in my life, when getting my brows done. A different style I guess it’ll grow back but v disappointed.
Owner Response:
Hi Ir F, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We always do our best to listen carefully to our clients’ preferences and, throughout the service, we show the mirror and check that our clients are happy and comfortable with the shape before finishing. Because of this, we feel there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the final style you were hoping for.
We truly value your feedback and appreciate you giving us a try. We’re glad you found our staff wonderful, and we hope your brows grow back into the shape you prefer soon.

Google It was my first time at la visage today and Emma was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable from start to finish and told me what was best for my hair instead of giving false promises. I would definitely recommend getting your hair done by Emma and will be doing so myself (again) in the future.
