Google They use electric nails files. My nails looked great at first, but once the gel came off I saw the damage they had done to my nail beds

Google Excellent service. Very experienced. Prices are also reasonable and the assistants even speak to you in English and I have never seen any of them on their mobile phones unlike other establishments.
Their price list is on show and does not vary from one visit to the next. Will continue using this outlet.

Google They look great but I had 3 different people doing my nails and they kept going outside every 5 mins and one of them cut me and 3 fingers and they were extremely rude do not recommend

Google I loved my nails can’t help but feel as though they are racist I asked if I could pay by card only to be told it’s cash n yet people that paid less than I did were able to pay by card which didn’t sit well with me.
Owner Response:
Hi Lupita, first of all thank you for visiting us the other day, and most important we’re really sorry about the confusion as well as the misunderstanding. We can understand why you felt confused and maybe upset but we think it’s quite a serious accusation you’ve made saying that we are racist, we welcome everybody here the same way.
We used to take card payments and we will still do in the future, but could not lately because there has been a problem with our card machine, that’s why we’ve been having to ask our customers to pay with either cash or bank transfers. We believe that we did explain that to you the other day. Anyway we are sorry again for the confusion and looking forward to welcoming you here again. We hope you’ll have a lovely Xmas and new year.
Best wishes,
Venus Nails Halifax team.

Google After seeing my friend with beautiful nails done by venus I decided to take my 11yr old sister here as a treat. They did both of our nails exactly how we wanted them and they were lovely to me and my little sister. Definitely recommend
