Google I have just had my nails done and WOW! I am obsessed. I haven’t had my nails done in a while and I’m so glad I came to Anne’s Nails. They were super friendly and generous. I highly recommend. 5 Stars all round!

Google I called in to get my Acrylic gels removed as I thought it's an easy enough job and nothing would go wrong, how wrong I was! This is probably the worst nail treatment I have ever encountered. Filed down and damaged all my nails so much that my nails were no longer functional with everyday use, the lady even cut into my thumb nail so deep that it tore and made it bleed. I still had to pay even after all that. It's taken a long time for my nails to finally grow out completely.

Only worth going in if you want nails that will last you a week, 8 days after getting my acrylics done (I paid £33) six of them had lifted, I went back and was told there was nothing they could do apart from add glue as they do not have any guarantee that the acrylics will last even a week and unless I was paying for it, they weren’t going to redo the lifted nails nor take the set off.
Beware, if moisture gets trapped inbetween the acrylic and your nail for some time you are at risk from bacterial and fungal infections so I definitely don’t advise going to a place where nails are lifting a week into getting them done and the only solution they offer is adding some glue to try stick them back down, waste of money.
Google The nail technician repaired my nails that were left thin and broken from a different salon. He really went above and beyond - fixing cracks and adding tips to the ones that couldn’t be saved. He also recommended biab rather than acrylic to help strengthen them and my nails have lasted 5 weeks before the infills I got today! Great service thank you 😊
Google Incredibly rude woman. Did my nails that lasted 2 days and then refused a refund. She tried to charge me extra for wanting them redone after 2 days. And then very aggressively handed me back by money after 10 minutes of her refusing to help. Awful service and awful woman.
Google My nails were filed down so thin that they are now bending and breaking. I said that it was causing me pain yet she still wanted to file down more.
I wasn’t given the colour I chose either because I was told it wouldn’t match my skin colour and then was told all the colours were the same when I asked if I could have the colour I originally asked for.
My nails will take awhile to recover from this.
Google went to get builder gel done, really bad, they left them so thick and with bubbles too, also got the french tip done and some of them are so thick. WASTE OF MONEY!

Google Horrible service! Went in and asked if they can do a picture I gave them and they agreed but looked nothin like that also to add all my nails looked different because the chrome was no done properly. Some nails were too thick and some were thin and some were too short or too long they were all different! Called to get a refund or get them to sort it out to only get shouted at cor saying I am complaining too much. I will never go there again had to go to another nail salon day before my holiday that is 50£ wasted!
