I went to get my toes done yesterday and was made to feel very uncomfortable. To start off the french tip on my big toes were extremely uneven, so while the man was rectifying it by painting one toe to be more even i politely asked if i could adjust my foot position as it was slipping off the stand. He then shook his head at me, started tutting, wiped off the paint and said something to another member of staff who then looked at me and started laughing. He then started filing down my other toenail very aggressively to make them even to the point it was painful and i have woken up to the skin being blistered at the end of the nail. Will not be returning.

Normally it is a good experience here, however last time I went in I was made to feel very uncomfortable by a male member of staff. He repeatedly called me cute as a 20 year old woman and when I clearly ignored these comments he began to seem more and more annoyed with me. He was filing and moving my hands very aggressively to the point where it was hurting. It almost brought me to tears. I went home and my nails felt bruised and they didn’t look like the inspo picture.

After seeing the 2 nail shops in Ridings with loads of people sat waiting, I was relieved to get straight in here - on a Saturday aswell! Everyone was very welcoming, polite and professional. I’m very happy with the price and quality of my nails and would recommend this place to anyone!
