Google Contacted for an appointment, said she was fully booked for ongoing extentions. I asked if she had one of appointments. Was told yes and she would get back to me with dates... this was in the summer 2025.. im still waiting. Dec 2025
Owner Response:
Hi Nicola, sorry I’ve only just seen your review.
Apologies for not getting back to you with regards to dates back in the summer last year, unfortunately the summer holidays are the hardest to plan with regards to appointments as I have 3 young boys, so it must have slipped my mind, although I didn’t actually confirm I had any available appointments to give you, after letting you know I was fully booked.
As a part time small business owner, I feel this 1 star review is quite harsh for a simple human error but I appreciate your frustration and can only apologise for the lack of communication.
