I booked in for a gel pedicure. The lady carried out the procedure under the counter! Cut my toenails (rather brutal)...then slapped the gel on, whilst giving another customer a spa pedicure and taking phone calls. The whole procedure took 10 minutes and cost £28 (cash only). What a very strange and extremely rushed experience. I would recommend going elsewhere, where you are treated individually with a lot more care and attention. No client attention just making an extremely speedy £££££!!!

What a total rip off. Went for a manicure, took her 5mins to do my cuticles, then asked to take payment £20 for manicure and £5 for painting with my nail varnish!! Apart from the fact that I expect manicure to include painting my nails, that has to be the fastest and worst manicure I have ever had.

1st time in salon. Had a wonderful experience having a pedicure and French polish.
Picture of finger nails. Toes look as good but didn’t want to post my feet🤭
Both ladies were very efficient and have done an amazing job.
Would definitely recommend them.

Rip off. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was advised it would take 1 hour. A customer came in without an appointment and they rushed my pedicure so they could accommodate the other customer. They cut corners and had the audacity to charge me the full price of £72 after spending only 45 minutes doing my manicure and pedicure. Pure greed.
It was also not a relaxing environment, they had horse racing on a TV.
Plus they only accept cash. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusted. My partner came home after having her acrylic nails removed and the person has filed her nails down to the nail bed. She now has really sore fingers and damaged nails. Do not go here.

Strange experience 😂 went there to get my acrylics removed + to get a simple manicure on my short natural nails. she didn’t remove all acrylics (you can clearly see that on the photo, especially on my ring finger!) & the nail polish was poorly applied. No nail oil or any other care was put on my hands after removing the acrylics. I paid 22£ but didn’t get a receipt + the price seemed very random. Would not recommend 🫣

Price list board is different to what I was charged at the till. Board said £35 for acrylic I was charged £42. Also strictly “cash only” until you can’t pay the remaining £2 you owe with cash and suddenly can pay bank transfer. Nails themself look fine and service was quick.

I'll never retiurn,my toenails haven't recovered weeks on from a cut that was brutal. They tried to patch it up. Stopped halfway and changed person but damage was done.
