Google I recently had a lash lift done and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience and results.
The lift itself is barely noticeable – my lashes don’t look lifted or curled in any meaningful way, and they look the same as before. In some areas, the lashes appear uneven, with a few looking slightly overprocessed while others haven’t lifted at all.
What made things worse was that when I got back to my car, I realised there was dye left all over my face and eyelids. It looked really messy and unprofessional, and despite trying to remove it, it wouldn’t come off properly. I had a funeral to attend the next day, which made this even more upsetting as I felt absolutely stupid with die all over my face just because this woman couldn’t take the time to neatly complete the dye process.
During the treatment, the solution also stung my eyes quite badly, which was really uncomfortable. On top of that, I was left alone on the table for long periods of time while the technician went off to attend to other clients, which didn’t feel very safe or attentive.
Now seeing past reviews on here, I wish I had read them before I wasted £30 on a painful experience with absolutely no result. Overall, the experience felt rushed, poorly executed, and lacking in care. Considering the price and what a lash lift should achieve, I expected a much more polished and professional result. Sadly, this hasn’t met my expectations at all, and I wouldn’t return or recommend based on this experience.

Google Had the most amazing treatments by Nancy today. Not my first time visiting 4ever21 Nails & Beauty - I keep going back because the service is spectacular.
Google First appointment at 4ever21 and Nancy made me feel very welcome. I was offered a drink and we had a nice chat while she did my nails for me. Nothing felt rushed, I have a very nice neat manicure and my hands feel lovely and soft. The salon has a new home in Montague Street now and you wouldn't be able to tell they've only been there a little while, everything is tidy and welcoming. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting 4ever21 Nails & Beauty and it definitely won’t be my last! I’ve found a keeper. Nanz was so welcoming and kind.. she helped me choose the perfect nail shape (I’m still quite new to all this!) and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I’m absolutely in love with my nails! 💅
What a lovely salon….the atmosphere, the service, everything was just perfect. I’d 100% recommend coming here. I already can’t wait for my next visit!

Hi Nancy,
I wanted to take a moment to share my side of what happened with the appointments on the 20th. I had booked everything with your salon weeks in advance to ensure I’d be ready for my brother’s wedding and I'm leavingthe country on the 22nd — something I also mentioned to you earlier.
My appointment was confirmed from 11:00 AM for four services: gel nail polish at 11:00, eyebrows at 12:00, lashes at 12:30, and the rest afterward. I was never informed that I should come in earlier, and your salon’s normal opening time is 9:00 AM — which isn’t something I would assume affected my booking time.
You called me at 10:25 saying you were waiting. I apologized and told you I was getting ready and would arrive as soon as possible. You then cancelled the entire set of appointments. That was already upsetting, but I rushed over hoping at least to do brows and lashes — only to find the salon closed and no one there, despite it being just a few minutes away from your home. When I called, you told me you had cancelled everything and couldn’t come back.
I was left very disappointed and in a tight spot, especially with the next day being a bank holiday and very few salons open. I had very little time left before my early morning travel on the 22nd. I ended up calling multiple places and was lucky enough to find someone to help me with lashes, brows, and nails on the 21st.
I understand things can get busy, but I would have appreciated more communication and consideration, especially knowing the importance of this occasion for me. I hope this feedback helps going forward, and I still respect your work — but this experience was genuinely stressful and disheartening.

I’m sorry you had a disappointing experience, but I would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
Your appointment was scheduled for Easter Sunday at 9:00am, outside of our regular hours, as a one-time special arrangement to accommodate you. I opened the salon two hours early just for you, on top on Easter Sunday when we supposed to close but opened for you only as you said you were going on holidays and need things done from us.
Unfortunately, you missed the 9:00am appointment and did not notify me of any delay or change.
When I didn’t hear from you after two calls, and with no other clients booked, I closed the salon.
Then you arrived unannounced much later, after 2 hours.
But i I had already left when you said you were not attending your appointment.
I always strive to provide excellent service and flexibility, but no-shows, especially on special opening days, are difficult to manage without communication.
The salon called you back to explain you can’t come as you missed the appointment, but you hang up, when we call you back, you blocked our number, so unfortunately we could not communicate with you.

Google Nancy managed to turn a nail biter like me into a proper princess 👸, and my eyebrow have never been more amazing since she is been looking after them them. When customers comes out after a back massage they look so pleased and relaxed , it is unbelievable. Nancy works really long hours so if you are a busy person she will accommodated you even after 8pm.Nobody will give you the same treatment in all Sussex. Best beauticians ever.

Google I was visiting family in Worthing and needed a set of acrylics taken off. Nancy did a fantastic job, she was clearly knowledgable about what she does, was very gentle, took her time (scraping off not drilling off, which I much prefer). Very personable, I felt very comfortable and she really took care of my nail beds after removal.
Will definitely be coming back next time I want a manicure done.
