I had such a lovely experience at emmi nails. The technician explained the whole process and did such an amazing job. You can tell she really cares about her clients and that she is really skilled at what she does. Very reasonably priced too :)

After reading all the 5 star reviews for Emmi Nails I made an appointment for Chloe to transform my short, splitting nails! Well, I couldn't have been more pleased. After my first visit she applied biab and gel polish, which made a big difference. Chloe is charming, friendly and very skilled - she certainly knows her stuff. Now, after three visits, I have beautiful strong nails that I can be proud of, thanks to Chloe. My husband also visits her now to strengthen his nails which were so thin and sharp. He too is extremely pleased. I shall recommend Emmi Nails to all my friends.

She’s always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. On top of that, she’s incredibly professional and takes real pride in her work. My nails always look flawless and last so well. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her service.

I'm sure it would of been amazing if I got there.... I was sent the wrong directions which led me to someone else's back garden she was nice on textes but she go angry at me because she was in the rain waiting for me with is rude.I got sent the wrong direction by her and also looked it up

I’m truly sorry that you had such a frustrating experience trying to find my studio address.
I confirmed that I sent you the full complete correct address 40 Chanctonbury Drive text and link google business profile where it shows correct image of street view.
We were both in the rain and cold to look for each other. I was walking around my neighbors looking into their gardens to looking for you. You did not tell me where was you standing specifically like name of street or house number I might have found you. You texted me someone garden. I wasn’t angry with you. Unfortunately we could not find each other. You sent me text cancellation.
There was no caller ID called me that I could not call back then a few minutes later the calls number appeared I immediately called back straightaway she said she’s your mum worries about your phone’s nearly die. You were around Downsway.
Your mum told me that if you turned up late I need to turned you away ( not allowed to do your nails) I told your mum that you just texted cancelled. Latest I could do 4:30 ( it means 30 minutes late ) At this point I didn’t looking for you anymore.

You are under 14 years old. You haven’t been with me before. Please you need an adult with you to your appointment.

I apologise to make you feel that way I followed and listened to you and your mum. But still many negative put on me, blame on me text messages and here on google. It doesnt sound nice and soft gentle accent for foreigners speak english. I’m sorry. The address I sent you exactly I sent to every single clients there is no difference. I have never sent you wrong directions. I would never do.
You texted me you got your nails done somewhere now ended of this…However I would like if you could give me a chance to do your nails in the future and please let this miscommunications misunderstanding go and accept my apologies. There was no one fault. Things just happened. There is no point to put stress on each other to help us feel better.
