Do not recommend. The staff are efficient and the massages are nice but unfortunately not great quality. The shape and lengths weren't uniform, missed areas and rough. Also, I was given (and charged for) a gel manicure despite wanting a normal polish.

Don’t recommend if you want good quality nails. Mine chipped within a few days and I take good care of my nails as I know they can chip easily. I am very dissapounted. When I contacted them they have not replied not to mention that they don’t have any contact details online other than instagram messages and a phone number no email address or anything. Highly dissapounted. It also took 2 hours to get done as they started doing my nails and moved onto someone else. Really disappointed that I spent £45 just to get biab done on my natural nails.

The worst nail bar I have visited anywhere in the world! Unprofessional owners and staff. Hugely over priced (I live on Palm jumeirah in Dubai, one of the most expensive places for services and go to a top salon) I get the same service for less with far more attention to detail. The lady that did my nails understood no English (I live in a country where English is not peoples first language. However, people in client facing roles learn it) when I tried to explain to her about biab (with photos to make it easier) she turned the water temp down and still got the design completely wrong… staff and owners are rude about you in their mother tongue (Vietnamese) and assume you don’t understand them (wrong) biab was spilled all down the sides of my toes and then cured causing pain for weeks. Constant mistakes by the staff member, more filing and re doing causing a service of over 3.5 hours. When I complained the male owner started shouting and screaming at me in the street, rolling his eyes, tutting, folding his arms and looking in the air with the attitude of a toddler. The unprofessionalism was shocking. I said “shall we discuss upstairs in private” but he refused, his wife then joined the drama and offered to correct my hands. She was actually good and didn’t carry on like a child with a huge attitude problem and ego. I would never go back there again based on un professionalism alone. They have a lot to learn and shouldn’t allow staff that aren’t trained in English that aren’t capable of understanding clients just to get more bums on seats for more money.
