This shop is bad I went into get my nails done I showed them a picture of what I wanted so they decided to do their own designs on my nails and not what I was paying for! Also when she was clipping my nails down she clipped my skin!!!! I wouldn’t recommend going here to get ur nails done🤬😡🤬🤬

Been going here for two years without issues. But recently they’ve renovated and half of the staff is not working anymore.

The quality of the service has dropped dramatically and they’re inflated the prices. It’s just ridiculous. The nails I got were rushed and looked like a child had done them, all lopsided and lumpy. Two other people complained also whilst I was there. Not happy at all and will not be returning.

Had shellac nails done I was choosing a colour and the lady was stern saying we don’t do that colour anymore and I had a call come through and she said can you choose a colour she made me rush an important call and they wasn’t busy at all. I feel like they talk behind me in there language which is disrespectful and she was rude. If you pay more attention another nail bar you will get respect 🫡 i didn’t get that she didn’t deserve a tip even.

My shellac lasted only a week before it started to crack. And during manicure they cauaed some of my nail bed to bleed. Not impressed. The 2 stars was because they fit me in last min and they accommodated a multi colour design.

The staff are really rude - absolutely zero customer service. The woman was pulling my hands around and ignored every question i asked. The salon is dirty and when it came to paying i did a bank transfer and despite showing them the transaction on my phone i was not allowed to leave until they had checked their own account which left me waiting 10 mins after my nails had been finished. totally unprofessional. i had a nicer experience going to the dentist for a root canal.
