Very very disappointed. My usual nail technician was sick and I was about to go on holiday so desperately needed to find somewhere to do my nails. Contacted USA nails and asked for a French with chrome. I have weak nails and so my usual technician builds them up with builder gel. Told all this to the chap so he knew and he agreed to do them.
He then proceeded to file the existing gel off back to my own nail. Very rough handling like he was rushing. I mentioned again that my usual technician applied builder gel to strengthen my nails when the lady manicurist started on my nails and her words were, ‘we do it differently here’. She then proceeded to clip my nails with a clipper and I lost all the length on them, right down to the fingertip. I didn’t ask for this, she just did it. The overall effect was neat and tidy but short. However, just 48 hours later the top coat was chipping and flaking away and a day or two after that, the gel cracked on three nails. Shocked and disappointed that they charged so much for a really shoddy and amateur job.

Having your nails done is supposed to be a treat but this felt rushed and both the pedicure and manicure were really roughly handled.

Saying that, I have given one star because the spa pedicure they did was nice and the gel polish on my toes has stayed looking good.

I’m currently on vacation and I visited this nail salon today wanting to replace my broken nail. Unfortunately, they don’t provide glue nail service which is understandable but there was no need for the lady to be rude and dismissive. She asked where I got my nails done and I said Bahrain, she told me to go to Bahrain and get it done. I smiled sheepishly because I couldn’t believe she actually said that, never again! Very disrespectful and rude. I left without getting my nails done because they also don’t accept cards 🙄

I popped in as was killing time. I wanted a pedicure but they didn’t have enough time so had my toenails painted , nobody spoke to me they file my old nail varnish off, they didn’t trim my nails didn’t do anything with my cuticle , my feet where put on the ladies lap under the table very uncomfortable, I didn’t realise until the end that my feet where in a pile of someone else filed off nail varnish and all the brushes and files had been used on other people I noticed that when I was paying someone sat in my place and they started filing there nails with the same files , the table was not clean I could see cup marks and other bits on , just disappointed and probably gonna get a fungal infection , on the plus my nails look good

Today I had my nails and toes . The spa pedicure along with back massage while in chair is so good . The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company 100%

Had acrylics here for my wedding becausethey could accommodate our timings. My nails were filed down so thin I have permanent nail damage since (years not weeks). I only had them on a few days as I couldn't tolerate how thick they were. Plus not practical for a scuba diving honeymoon.

Had my nails done there terrible did tips it looks like child did them says 15 pound cost 25 for a mess that got to be done again by proper nail technician .never would go back and appointment 130 pm had wait 40 min to get a parking ticket .would not recommend this place .

i booked a gel take off and gel manicure for 1:30pm but he didn’t start until 2pm. this wasn’t too much of a problem but already off to a bad start. because he started late, it felt like he was rushing to finish as there were other customers waiting. however, i’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because it was only him and his colleague there today. the nails aren’t terrible, but they do look like i could’ve done them myself. the base gel and top coat application was messy so it ended up hardening on my skin. again this isn’t that deep i just went home and filed it off. overall, the process of getting this manicure clearly wasn’t great. they do have nice reviews though so maybe today was an off day but i definitely will not be going here again to find out.

We was Charged £120 for 1 hours work, we had a pedicure done & two sets of nail overlays, with a design on both, they looked cheap, uneven & badly painted, it was very rushed to get it all down within an hour?! My nails usually take an hour to do, when I go to other nail saloons 🙁 That’s why I’m leaving this review to let others know. The lady also burnt my finger & done something under my big toe nail which feels very painful still, the nails raises a little too, so it’s had trauma caused underneath. I wouldn’t recommend this nail saloon if you want a professional job done.
