Really disappointed, very unprofessional, eyebrows clean up only but the lady decided to clean one and completely ruin the other eyebrow, she then said she will go in an thinner the other eyebrow which she wasn’t supposed to do at all. when told the man at the till he just tried to talk his way out of his very unqualified staff, he could clearly see what his staff member had done and then not even an apology, what they don’t realise is that they are knocking someone’s confidence/self esteem. There are better salons on the soho rd stick to jasveer much much more professional and definitely worth the extra waiting time, instead of getting butchered at bollywoods.

Never ever again.please do not go this salon for treatment . I asked the young girl to not do my eyebrows too thin,but they have now ruined them,they look ridiculous.very unprofessional staff .she was chatting away with her colleagues and her Phone kept ringing whilst she was doing my threading . If I’m honest, staff seemed a bit chav and I was definitely out of my depth. 😡 I Do Not RECOMMEND !

Good: The male on reception was friendly and price was reasonable.
Bad: Had my body waxing done for the first time, and I mentioned this to the female a few times so you could be gentle and make it easy for me, but she was so ruthless and pulling the strips off and not using her other hand to stretch my skin, for her it was a job she just needed to quickly get out of the way. She didn't talk to me or take her time. And the room wasn't very well presented or clean, looked like a prison cell.

I went there around 6:30 PM, and since their closing time is 7, I asked for eyebrow threading and upper-lip threading. The girl who was doing my threading seemed to be in a rush and was doing it very roughly. When I told her she wasn’t doing it properly, she said she couldn’t do any better because the hair was “too small.”

I still had visible hair on my face, and she didn’t clean it properly. She kept doing other work in the middle and eventually just left, so I had to finish it myself.

I would not recommend going there — it was a complete waste of money. The girls working there were rude and didn’t know how to behave with customers. I would give them 0 out of 5.
