Been going here for 2 years and seemed to be alright but these past few months they had inexperienced people working there. Last month I had my nails done by this young lady and I had to complain and ask for someone else as she was putting the nails on that was too big and not putting enough glue on so they was popping and falling off. Today I had my nails done again by the same lady and I asked for medium length and she cut them short and didn’t file them and didn’t shape them. Swapped over the a young man and he was filing them for ages and cut me now my nails are all different shape and sizes. Not happy with what I walked out with £30 for something I didn’t want. Not happy at all. Do not come.

Lovely nail shop. Been going for a bit now, they had a new refurbisment and the place looks really nice and welcoming. Nails are pretty and prices can change every so often but the quality is good.

Not used this shop in a long time , but popped in today to get a full set , place has had a makeover looks nice & fresh.
The lady who’s been there over 20 years I believe is the manager. Such a lovely lady took her time & was very polite & we had a good chat.
I will definitely be coming back

£33 for these! I wouldn’t waste your money. Most tattiest looking nails. Had to talk the guy through how to correctly do my nails as the French tip was wonky, still weren’t happy but the lady kept brushing me off and I felt embarrassed as the shop was full. Avoid! I will not be returning!

Been going here for a a couple of years now, always been very happy with my nails and the service provided, nails have always lasted 4-5 weeks before an infill was needed !

Used to be really good here however went this afternoon and nails were done by someone who seems inexperienced. Made a few mistakes which were fixed however the skin around my nails has been filed and cut in several places and is now very sore.

Disappointing.

Been going to this shop for years, the staff are usually quite good.

I had my nails done a week ago - 2 nails have come off with in a week..

I rang the shop to ask if they’re able to put them back on, had nothing but attitude on the phone shouting at me telling me I had my nails too long which makes no sense because only TWO has came off, plus I ALWAYS have them long !!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The lady (owner of shop) is disrespectful and has no manners!!! Nasty lady!!!

Thank you to the lovely Paitent people while I got the money situation sorted. So happy with my nails and definitely will be going back. I wanted a different design then what I got but was flabbergasted and it worked out really well. Cheap too. :)
