Would definitely recommend long nails, I have been here lots of times and always had great results. If you are not happy with something they are always happy to change them until you like the result. Mia is amazing too, she has done my nails the last few times and results are always 10/10! :)

The worst Gel nails ive had done on my hands I've ever known, the nails were filed jagged and uneven, after 1 day the gel on 2 nails started to peel off & on day 2 there were more. It took the woman 15 minutes to do them which says it all. Preparation of the nails was done quickly and dreadful, honestly I'd never go there again. A pure waste of £18.
I would avoid if I were you as there are much better nail salons that charge less. So disappointing 😞
I've taken the gel off which was easy as it peeled off so I'll go somewhere else now to get them done professionally. Waste of money!!

AVOID!! I have been here a few times, you need to agree your price before they start as they seem to make it up as they go! The prices advertised are not what they charge!
I won't be returning again after this morning, I made an appointment for infill on my toes priced £20.00 on booking.
I paid £30.00 for white tips for my holiday an just wanted infills, just been quoted £35.00 for infills on my toes!! They obviously don't want to keep regular customers!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for many years and thought it was about time I left them a review. I have always had consistently excellent experiences. The team here is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is how they rotate staff based on their particular strengths—so whether I want a classic look or a really intricate, complex design, there’s always someone who can deliver exactly what I’m looking for. I often ask for detailed nail art and they always rise to the challenge, taking time to make sure I’m happy with the result.

The atmosphere in the salon is warm and professional. I’ve always felt comfortable and valued as a customer, and the staff go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at ease. They are attentive to detail, listen carefully to what I want, and check in throughout the process to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed, and I’ve always left with nails I absolutely love.

The staff have always been respectful and courteous, and I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything unprofessional. On the contrary, they are always eager to help and make sure every customer leaves happy.

I’ve noticed a comment about children in the salon, and I just wanted to add that the owner’s daughter, who is only six, is only occasionally present. When she is there, she’s always a delight—polite, friendly, and never disruptive. In all my years coming here, her presence has never affected the quality of service or the relaxing atmosphere and she brightens up a visit to the shop!

If you’re looking for a salon that combines technical skill, creativity, and genuine customer care, I can’t recommend this place enough. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t trust them completely with my nails. Thank you to the whole team for years of great service!

First visit and will be my last. Staff were very rude, did not interact with me at all throughout the appointment. They were distracted and to busy talking amongst themselves or on their phones. Could not understand what was being said through their masks when they did speak. Had 4 different people work on my nails, as they would leave what they were doing to sort out whoever walked through the door. The first chap when removing my polish with their little machine, burned and removed the skin from the side of my nail, leaving a bruise and cut. No real apology and none of them took care of that area throughout the process. Plus kids were in and out of the back room asking questions and interrupting while they were working on clients nails. Terrible place would not recommend
