ad my haircut with Jenna and she was absolutely lovely. She took the time to explain everything about my hair, which I really appreciated, and I’m so happy with the result—it’s honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had! She created beautiful layers and made me feel completely looked after throughout the whole appointment.

Fantastic service, my colour is perfect, a thorough consultation to check my requirements is done on every visit and I am thrilled with the results.
Just had hair extensions too, and I am over the moon with them.
I have never had less than exceptional service. Highly recommend Cherre for colour work, she is amazing!

I got my hair done from them for the first time and i made the appointment and paid the deposit for root and balayage and haircut and when I got there showed them the picture of what i need and the lady who was doing my hair turns around and say she hasn't got the time to do what I'm asking for but they had the time to take my deposit money and then she said she'll do her best and got me into confidence I gave her a go and I'll tryna be polite and just say she should not be anywhere near any salon let alone be a stylist in it... to make it worse I had my haircut done after the color and I said to the guy don't worry about the length I want a new look that'll give more structure to my face and a bounce to my hair and layers and in return what i got was a straight line haircut and he did the whole blow-dry and styling thing and while I was in there is was not happy with what they had done but I also thought maybe its a new hair color and I'll get use to it... and I paid £198 for the shade color i specifically told her I dont want and the for the haircut that even my cat can do in her sleep... and I would've respected the women who did my hair if she would've just said she that its out of her capabilities to do what i asked for and I should go somewhere else.

This was my second visit to the salon. The first time I went, I was really happy with the results, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time my experience wasn’t as great.

I explained that last time we played it safe with a balayage, but this time I wanted to start my journey to going blonde. When booking over the phone, I asked for a full head of highlights, as I was really clear that my goal is to eventually be blonde (and I know it can take a few sessions).

I left the salon with my hair looking a little fresher, but honestly, not much lighter than when I walked in, which was disappointing. My blonde journey has not started. It just didn’t meet the expectations I had clearly shared when booking and sharing with my stylist.

Update:
I was invited back to rectify this misunderstanding and all I can say is the service I received was exceptional. I can confidently say that my blonde journey has started and I wouldn’t go anywhere to get my hair treatments done. Thank you for your professional service!

Cora is fantastic! Honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been to her twice now and each time she’s nailed exactly what I wanted. She really listens, pays attention to the details, and checks in along the way to make sure you’re happy, which makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend her more highly! :)
