Never had my nails feel so fragile before. I only went in for biab removal and the male artist was in such a rush he filed my nail bed down so thin and it still hurts days later. He also filed the length of my nail down too low after telling him just to shape it. Not happy. Would not return.
The staff are nice but the service is not.

I had such a horrible experience, she did my nails and charged me $80 just for the acrylic refill and used nail polish instead of shellac. The lady was rude and blunt, dosent know how to treat customer or be nice to someone. And she did such a horrible eyebrows. I will never recommend going over there.

I’ve been going to the shop for the past 3 years simply out of convenience but the new management in place has really taken the shop to a new level. Great customer service, would reccomend!

I sat for 20 mins and wasn’t attended to because they forgot they had an appointment for 1pm. Very unprofessional they offered me to come in for 2pm. Why should i suffer from the lack of unprofessional organisation and change my day around. They only have two members of staff?!

Had my first pedicure here. I pre-booked, but on arrival I was asked to sit at a station for 15-20mins with no explanation as to what I was waiting for. I paid £35 for a spa pedicure but didn't receive a massage. Polish was terrible and did not cover my whole nail surface. I had lines from where the lady had used her nail to scrape off excess polish. I felt my treatment was rushed due to the store closing as when I got home both my big toes were severely smudged as it wasn't set properly. I ended up removing the polish as it looked really bad. Staff were friendly

The shop isn’t essentially bad and it has a lot of potential. The location is great and the interior is quite nice as well. There are about 3-4 chairs for customers, although when I went there were only 2 employees.

I’ve had my nails on for around a week now and it looks as good as the first day I got it done. I had to ask the nail tech to fix the amount of acrylic applied a few times throughout the session as it was an ombré set and each nail was starting to look different than the last. The staff listen to feedback and generally fix their mistakes along the way.

Overall, my nails look pretty now and my nail tech was enthusiastic about doing his work but I don’t think the price of the nails are worth the actual experience or set. That being said all the issues could be easily solved so everything could be improved.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!
Went yesterday to get my nails done. Did gel so that I spend money on something that would actually stay properly for longer that normal nail polish. Started peeling off today!
Bad bad quality!!!!
Went today to ask for my money back because I paid for a service that I didn’t completely get. Said they could fix it but not give the money. Of course I didn’t want it fixed! why would I waste time fixing it to probably come back the next day again because of the bad quality?!!!!!!!!!
Service is not great, quality of nail polish isn’t either. Just look for somewhere else.
