This nail shop is a complete disappointment. My nails were done badly, uneven, messy, and not the design I asked for at all. When I asked them to fix it, they straight up said no and were extremely rude about it. I felt disrespected and ignored as a customer. I will never come back and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Worst nail shop ever. I left very unhappy. Don’t waste your money here.

The only real review about this place is the one with the infected finger i am afraid, thw rrst are the Owner's friends.
Unfortunately customer service is unheard of, beside the rudeness, they charge you every time a little more, and they also treat you like you owe them something.
The nails are lumpy and painful, not to mention the rush and the carelesness and lack of health and safety and hygiene they try to normalise.
I went back a few times in the hopes that maybe they just had a bad day or they were busy etc, but every time it gets progressively worse.
The nails looks like a toddler did them and it's just not worth it. Do yourself a favour and skip this salon.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had my nails done here, to which she cut me (corner of my nail) whilst filing my nails straight ‘sorry about that love’ was the immediate reply, and nothing was applied to the slice after, she just pressed on with the rest of the nails. A couple of weeks went by and during that time my nail started to hurt (the side in which she cut me) and my finger started to swell. The nail became so painful I had them soaked off. There was hardly any new growth but I couldn’t take the pain any longer. Under my nail is Green/yellow and my finger swollen. I’ve been to the GP to which I’ve been given antibiotics. I’ve contacted the salon to know the situation and the reply was basically ‘sorry about that, it’ll be better in a few weeks, do you want me to fix that for you’

Please tell me how you are going to fix an infected finger. I will never go to this salon again following this experience. Please go to clean salons that disinfect tools between clients.
