I went today to have a pedicure on my anniversary as a gift from my husband. When the water was run it was cold and I had to ask for hot water at which point that boiled the kettle to pour into the water, the attention to the feet was minimal at best and although there was a scraping off of dead skin there was no polishing with a pumice stone it was straight into polishing the toenails and then a little bit of cream and that was it. Half an hour for 35 minutes I think is a little bit much considering I've had much better experiences in other places for less. I do not think I'll be returning.

Yes, I came to get my nails done at your place, but first of all, your behavior is very poor. You are being so rude to the client. I mean, you have shown me a photo, and after that, you are asking me four times whether I want this color or that color. When I showed you the photo and told you I wanted this exact style, you kept asking again. This means you are not understanding. You are speaking rudely to me. And also, the other clients sitting next to me, your other colleagues are also talking very rudely to them. So, I am very disappointed with your service. I did not like it at all. This is my second time visiting your shop, but the first time, the girl who worked with me, she did my nails very beautifully. But this time, your staff, they do not know how to speak. You have taken full payment from me, but the work you did is useless. I told you to give me almond shape, and you gave me the wrong shape. And now you are saying that my thumb bends, that the shape is like this. So, I will send you a picture, and you will see. Your clients will also see, that I am right. So, see what kind of service you have given me. I paid the full £48.50, but for your service, it is very bad. I will never recommend your shop to anyone, and I will not come back either. This service is so bad. I am very, very disappointed with your service, so I will never visit again, because this is not how service should be. I paid fully, and you spoke so rudely to the client, and a client will never return.
