I always have such a lovely experience here. Ravita really makes you feel welcome, and you can see how passionate she is about her work. Every time I’ve had my hair done, I’ve left so happy and can’t fault the service at all. Thank you Ravita and all the lovely ladies who work there!

I came 2 times here. One time I did haircut, the haircut s nice but I remember the lady was literally burning my head skin with the hairdryer. Still don't know how a professional can do this mistake as it's their everyday job.
The second time I visited it was for a nose piercing. From the first hours of the piercing I noticed that the jewellery was so tight to my skin that the air couldn't pass through it and the logical thing is that it can't heal properly when there is no space between the piercing and the skin. And I know that it wasn't any allergy. The next day it started to swollen because of the tighteness of the jewellery. I contacted the lady who did the piercing, she said take it off let it heal for 1 day then come back I will put another piercing, i know very well about how my skin heals fast so I proposed that I visit the salon the same day but she insisted for the next day. And my piercing hole was already half closed. We tried very hardly to put the new piercing in , that I still have pain inside my nose cartilage. So at the end I was hurt 2 times, paid £25, and ended up with a new red mark on my nose. That is my experience at RBL...
