I’ve just been a man who Play asked about the nail colour and his answer was Can you not see he was so rude couldn’t even speak in English and spoke to me disrespectful I’m a pain customer it was he was disrespectful. I walked away and no one said anything in the shop. I would never visit or ask my family friends to visit that Shop, they have lost a customers. Look how he left my nails

Service is abysmal!

I came to the salon asking about full-set nails... the man tole me ok wait 20 min
I replied, "OK," I'll go to the shop and be back....
I came back, saying, "I was here 5 minutes ago." I went to the store, but he spoke to me very rudely. I said, "There's a people before me
So I said, "I was here 5 minutes ago." I said I was going to the store, and I back and he spoke very rudely in front of customers....!!!

Where is the old team? Because the current man here is pushing customers away, not attracting them...
Tragic.

It's a shame I need these nails today, and other salons nearby are closed because of the bank holiday, because that's the last time I'll be here.
And I'll pass on the information...
The employee suggests learning to respect the customer.
Plus, if you don't want to work, don't do it.

My nails are absolutely terrible. They were rushed and are patchy I can literally see areas where she missed the polish. Only noticed after in daylight. Difficult to get a picture but you can see the gaps below . This is just 2 fingers I have gaps on 7 out of my 10 nails! I’m so busy i can’t face going back . But no way will I go there again and I have been going for years. Time to try somewhere else .

Went for pedicure and manicure the lady trimmed toe nails on one foot and filed the other toenails as i mentioned it to her she needs to trim the nails she was adamant she’d cut them going onto the manicure she filed down my nails applied nail colour which my little niece could have done a better job didn’t really tidy much of my cuticles and left gaps when applied colour same in the toes when I complained I was told it would have been too close to my skin absolutely waste of money definatley not recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

If you want to have your time wasted , be ignored /overlooked then this is the place. Went to get full set early morning sat , there is a queue (expectedly) but the staff have no clue who was first , second, third and randomly pick people (who arrived much later) quite obviously didn’t have appointments (as they said as such) to be seen first.. Wasted 45 mins waiting, called natural nails , down the road and was seen straight away.

Absolutely horrified at the way I was treated yesterday at this shop - I booked an appt for a pedicure online, arrived at the shop and was told to take a seat and choose colour which I did, once the lady had finished with her customer she called me over and whispered something whilst pointing to a piece of paper with writing on sellotaped to a pillar, she kept repeating something about just paint nails chair broken, I said no I needed a pedicure not just toes painted I then looked at the paper on the wall and it said anyone over 88kg can not sit on the pedicure chair as it had previously been broken, I was horrified at the sign on the wall I just said to the lady leave it I’ll go elsewhere to which she said sorry too heavy . 😡😡

I was gobsmacked and couldn’t wait to get in my car and go home, that shop is discriminating against overweight people and it’s wrong!!!! I have been to many nail shops before for a pedicure and I have NEVER been told before that I am too heavy for the pedicure chair.

This was the first time using this shop and i will NEVER EVER be going back!!

I have heard a few bad reviews about this shop today from people I have spoken to AVOID!!!!!!!!

I’ve had builder gel nails done here for the last couple of years and it always been a good experience. Staff are friendly there can be a wait sometimes but as a drop in service it’s to be expected.

Young Lady with glasses does mine and been twice she's done great job 👏 👍 doesn't rush does cuticles some other places don't.
Offered a warm drink .

In my experience when you book online they do not confirm and when you call to confirm they tell you to arrive for your appointment but when you get there you’re told there is an hour and a half wait, customer service isn’t great and attitude also is lacking! Will never give them my custom again!
