Had lashes done by Mollie excellent, booked in for lashes top up + nails mollie explained she was off on that date I asked who would be doing them she said the owner who was sittng near by said nothing then I received a cancelation notification no explanation no call just a message have called a number of times emailed no response, owner also knows I have an event the day after my booking which is why I booked RUDE comes to mind ,thank god it wasn't day before family wedding shouldn't have to explain why you book but most businesses try to please clients not offend them not happy at all

I've personally been here previously for BIAB nails. My daughter had BIABs whilst on holiday in London and I booked her in here to have them removed. Molly, the nail technician, said that she would - as a favour- do the removal but the salon has a policy that they don't do BIAB removals unless you have your BIABs applied there. This was not stated on the salon's website or through the booking platform. The nail technician made by 16 year old daughter feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. I shall not be doing any repeat business at this salon

I contacted the Beauty Chambers for a pre-wedding ‘glow up’ and was blown away by my skin transformation. Jo planned a bespoke course of Caci facials tailored to my skin needs and wishes for my wedding day. Every treatment was carried out with professionalism and expertise, and I left the salon feeling great every time. By the time my wedding day arrived, I was feeling so confident with my skin - it was blemish free, hydrated, dewy and made me feel amazing! I receives so many compliments on my skin on the run up to the wedding and even the make up artist on the day was so complimentary about my skin. The make up was applied flawlessly and went onto my skin so smoothly.
Anika expertly completely my yearly microblading top up and Molly applied some beautiful classic lash extensions to complete my wedding look!
Thank you to the team at the Beauty Chambers for making me feel so confident and beautiful on my wedding day xxx

Jo did my gel nails for my wedding and I was so pleased with them! I went back after to get different nails for autumn and there were so many colours to choose from. Really nice relaxing atmosphere and I'll be back any time I want my nails done!
