Went to lavish this morning to get my nails done , amazing service , a woman called Hannah did my nails she was so sweet s lovely. Took her time so neat and delicate, my nails look incredible ❤️

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I was charged an extra £10 because they claimed my nails were “extra XXL,” yet they are less than one inch past my fingertips — which I do not consider XXL and this was never clearly explained to me beforehand.

In regards to payment, it felt like one rule for one person and a different rule for another, which was frustrating and unfair.

In total, I paid £82 (£44 for my hands and £38 for my feet), and the overall service did not reflect that price. On the wall, it states that acrylic infills are £25 and a spa pedicure is £30, but there was no clear information about additional charges such as the extra £10 for nail length. This lack of transparency made the pricing very confusing.

I also had a spa pedicure, and I will say the soaking and sitting on the massager was okay.

I wasn’t offered even a glass of water, while other salons I’ve been to provide a much more welcoming experience.

Many years ago, I came to this place and felt very comfortable, and all of my needs were met, but this is not the case today.

Had the service been fantastic, I could have understood some added cost, but with so many extra charges and no clear pricing displayed, it was a frustrating experience.

Overall, I’m really unhappy with both the service and how I was treated. I won’t be returning and am still looking for a new nail salon.

I had a pedicure and acrylic nails today. The salon is clean and pretty, all the staff are friendly and kind. My pedicure was amazing the massage chair added that extra to it. The acrylic nails are perfect a lot of salons shy away from nail art but the artist took it on an she smashed it there my favourite ever nails I will definitely be back

I’ve been coming here since I was 16, and now I’m 19. I absolutely adore this nail place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can truly do anything you ask for. They are genuinely some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet—not only do they care about the final result, but they truly care about their customers’ happiness too.

I called Lavish Nails and the lady accommodated me soo well and given the season we are in CHRISTMAS!! the team are soo nice and friendly and are soo welcoming they did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, the place is so beautiful and calming.. Its ONE of the BEST in Birmingham I cannot fault. Thank you sooo soo much my nails were 10/10.

Best nail shop in Birmingham! Lovely friendly staff very professional service. Highly recommend the most neat best looking nails ever. As a loyal costumer of 10+ years I would never go elsewhere.
