Recently visited there for a shellac nails for foot , they make my nails too short , without even asking , looks unprofessional, I’m not happy charged full money . I told them to make round shape , I don’t you what they listened just cut my nails don’t even leave a little length, absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

Take too long they sit you down do half a job then work on someone else so they don’t lost customers. Ended up waiting hours for a simple French tip set. Avoid

Ive been travelling and just moved here, and I just had my nails done and had a pedicure. I found my spot. They had amazing service and they were gentle which I normally don’t happen in other places. Highly recommend

Good service, went to get a manicure and a pedicure. The massage on my feet was great, and felt like my feet was brand new. Before they had very hard bits and it was gone by the end after trying several different shops. They greeted me with a drink and I got into the seat instantly even though it was busy.

I am extremely disappointed with the pedicure service I received. The racism was loud and clear, the treatment was very basic,just plain water, with no soap, scrub, sea salt, or finishing oil. My feet were left dry and ashy, which is unacceptable for a paid service.

Throughout the appointment, the staff appeared uncomfortable attending to me and spent much of the time talking about me in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It became so noticeable that another client had to step in and ask them to stop.

For £75, I expected a standard of care, professionalism, and respect that simply was not delivered. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

Based on my experience, I did not feel welcomed or treated equally. I would strongly advise others to consider this before booking.
