We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit. After checking with our staff and reviewing our camera records, your appointment lasted around 34 minutes. Our pedicure service usually takes between 30–40 minutes, depending on each customer’s needs and condition.

Regarding the price, our current price list is £35. There may have been some misunderstanding during the communication, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any confusion or discomfort.

We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our service. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies.

After speaking with the nail technician who attended to you, we understand that you requested a BIAB extension, but he provided a Gel X set instead. This is also a type of nail extension that is durable and natural-looking, and it is quite popular among many of our clients. However, we understand that this was not what you specifically asked for, and we sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding.

Regarding your concern about hygiene, we would like to reassure you that all of our tools are cleaned daily, and each nail station is equipped with a UV sterilisation machine. Maintaining cleanliness and safety is extremely important to us.

To make up for this experience, we would like to invite you to return to our salon, where we will redo your nails according to your original request free of charge. Alternatively, you are welcome to speak with our manager at the salon to receive a voucher for your next visit.
