I had visited this salon several times before and was always satisfied, but today’s experience was very disappointing. The lady who did my nails was rough and seemed angry, and the nail file hit my hand several times while she was working. My right thumb nail was shaped badly, and even though I asked her to fix it, she didn’t correct it. She also spoke angrily in her own language, which made the situation uncomfortable. In addition, she filed my nail so thin that I’m now worried it might break easily.

Lovely experience here tonight… incredible skill and attention to detail for such reasonable prices! Both me and my sister had our nails done and they are fantastic I had gel and she has an acrylic set!! Can’t think of anywhere else i’d rather go for my nails

Lovely nail salon, very happy to help. I did have to leave and come back 30 minutes later but this is no fault of the company, just a busy time and I had not booked.

The nails themselves look okay but the smaller details just aren’t right. I had a pattern consisting of a few different nails, one of the french tips is off centre with the paint, I had to ask for 2 of the other patterns to be redone as they were different from the image, I had natural coloured acrylic on my nails but they have infilled with clear so there’s a faint difference where they’ve been filled in even through the paint. One nail has a dent in where not enough acrylics has been added.

While there, staff were happy to correct things and did check about nails (hence why I have two nails redone) but other inconsistencies were either too time consuming to fix (changing acrylic colour once they’d started, I’d of had to have them soaked off) or where not as obvious until I left. For the price I’d of expected more.

Not dissatisfied just not impressed either.

I have used crystal nails for a ages but I had mine done a few weeks ago and they was awful, not just the art work they cut my nails fingers multiple times, my nails were so painful for weeks to the point I had them taken off as the pain for worse I ended up with infection on 3 fingers in my nail bed which I had to have antibiotics for, never will I use theses again! Infact it’s put me off ever having them done again! Plus the paint worse all chipped off my nails and had to have them re done!
